How to fix the error of Mac stuck on apple logo

Enter safe code on Mac

  • Press the power button and then immediately press and hold the shift key

  • Turn on your Mac and immediately press and hold command +R on your intel Mac or press and hold power on M1 chip mac unless you ser the apple logo
  • Enter the user and password as required to enter the utilities interface
  • Select the option of Reinstall MacOS Monterey and follow the instructions to complete the process

Repair mac disk

There are perhaps some disk errors that cause the problem of mac stuck on apple logo. If this is the case, you can try to repair mac disk using the within the utility.  Follow the steps below to take it a try.

  • Turn on Mac and then immediately press and hold power for intel processor mac or hold and press command +R on apple silicon mac until the apple logo appears.
  • Enter the user and password as required
  • After entering the utility interface, select the optoon of disk utility.
  • In the disk utility, choose view and show all devices.
  • The side bar will show the disk, containers and volumes. Select the last volume under the container and then click on First Aid button and continue to tap on Run to check the errors. After this, you can select the next item above the last volume and repeat the same process to check errors. Next, you could operate the same way for containers and disk to check errors.

Run Apple Diagnostics

If none of the solutions above do not help fix the error of Mac getting stuck on Mac, it is also advisable to run Apple Diagnostics on your Mac. Follow the ways below to test the device

  • If you use Apple silicon mac, turn on Mac and immediately press and hold the power button when the mac begins to boot up
  • Release when the Mac startup options appear
  • Press and hold command and D keys
  • If you use intel mac, turn on your Mac and press and hold D key when the Mac starts up.
  • Please release the D key if you see thr Apple progress bar is showing up.
  • Apple diagnostics will start to check the errors and show the results
