How to export video in Lightworks
If you are using Lightworks free version, you can only export videos in Lightworks to MP4 format with video resolution up to 720P. To get extra features like exporting video to other formats with higher video quality, you will have to upgrade to the Lightworks Pro version. Anyway, let’s take a look at how to export videos in Lightworks.
- To export videos in Lightworks, Select the EDIT option from the top navigation bar and then right-click the mouse on the empty space in the Lightworks’s video timeline.
- Navigate to export and then select H.264/MP4 (free) if you are using the Lightworks free version. If you want to export the video to Youtube or Vimeo directly, just select Web and click on Vimeo or Youtube. With the Lightworks Pro version, you have more options to export the video such as saving the video to other formats of AVI, MOV, WAV,etc. The Lightworks Pro version also supports camera formats including AVC-Intra,avchd and more.
- Next, select a proper frame rate and name the video file. After that, click on Start to export the video.
With the Lightworks video editor, you can export video in Lightworks with a variety of options. For example, Lightworks lets you export a video to social media platforms like Youtube and Vimeo directly. Additionally, you can export to MP4 for free with up to 720P video resolution.
