- First off, download and run the Shotcut video editor on your computer
- After that, just locate the Open file option in the left top corner of the interface to add a video file to the software
- Next, drag the video file to the Shotcut timeline
- Before you add the music file to Shotcut, you can right-click the mouse on the empty space and go to Track Operations>Add audio track.
- Once again, find the Open File option and select a music file from your computer. After that, please drag the music file to the newly added audio track
- To cut the music file, just move from the end of the music file to a proper place. Additionally, you can also right-click the audio track and select Split at Playhead to split the audio file. After that, just delete the unwanted audio file.
- After finishing editing the video, just go to file and select export video to save the video on your device
